# Tiempos de inactividad

Los [tiempos de inactividad](https://docs.datadoghq.com/monitors/notify/downtimes.md) te ofrecen
un mayor control sobre las notificaciones de monitor, ya que te permiten excluir globalmente
contextos de alerta. Los ajustes de tiempos de inactividad, que pueden programarse con horas de inicio y
horas de finalización, evitan todas las alertas relacionadas con etiquetas (tags) de Datadog especificadas.
