### Overview

인시던트에서 담당자를 제거합니다.

This endpoint requires the `incident_write` permission.

OAuth apps require the `incident_write` authorization [scope](https://dnd37xeb23o8n.cloudfront.net/stefon.simmons/docs-astro-web-10435/ko/api/latest/scopes.md#incidents) to access this endpoint.

### Arguments

#### Path Parameters
