指定された月の組織別コストデータは、翌月の 16 日までに利用可能になります。
注: このエンドポイントは非推奨になりました。代わりに新しいエンドポイント /historical_cost をご利用ください。
このエンドポイントは親レベルの組織でのみアクセス可能です。
OAuth apps require the usage_read, billing_read authorization scope to access this endpoint.
