개요

보안 결과를 위한 ServiceNow 티켓을 생성합니다. 이 작업은 Datadog과 ServiceNow 간의 양방향 동기화를 위해 Datadog에 케이스를 생성하고 해당 케이스에 연결된 ServiceNow 티켓을 생성합니다. 요청당 ServiceNow 티켓을 최대 50개까지 생성할 수 있으며 ServiceNow 티켓당 보안 결과를 최대 50개까지 연결할 수 있습니다. 이미 다른 ServiceNow 티켓에 첨부된 보안 결과는 이전 ServiceNow 티켓에서 분리되어 새로 생성된 ServiceNow 티켓에 첨부됩니다.

This endpoint requires any of the following permissions:

  • security_monitoring_findings_write
  • appsec_vm_write
