Feature Flag에 있는 기존 변형의 이름과 값을 업데이트합니다.
백엔드 승인이 활성화되어 있고 플래그에 승인이 필요한 경우 이 엔드포인트는 변경 사항을 즉시 적용하는 대신 FlagSuggestion을 생성하여 201 Created와 함께 반환합니다. 반환된 제안 id를 사용하여 변경 사항을 승인하거나 거부할 수 있습니다. 이 플래그의 변형 속성에 대해 보류 중인 제안이 이미 존재하는 경우 엔드포인트는 409 Conflict를 반환합니다.
